Shipping & Returns
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. If you purchased a pre-order item or a custom/bulk/wholesale/trade item(s) then the above does not apply and you should have received an email with details. If you purchased a custom/bulk/wholesale/trade item(s) and haven't been contacted OR if you purchased a traditional-in-stock item and it has been more than 3-5 business days and you haven't received a shipping email, please reach out to us at email@example.com.
Returns for store credit and exchanges are available up to 30 days after items are received. Because of the huge impact that online returns have on the environment, and the effect they have on our small business, we try to limit the number of returns and exchanges by only offering store credit. If you need to make a return or exchange please visit our returns page. If you do not qualify for a return for store credit or exchange but you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to let us know how we can do better, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Occasionally things slip past our quality control - if you think this could be the case please email us with photos within the exchange window of 30 days, and we will get back to you. We DO NOT accept exchanges of defective merchandise after the 30 day window. For this reason, please scan your garments upon arrival for any defects.
